Military Groups for 1.9

After we get the Planes mod, our military will be grouped into a few groups. The 2 main will be the Shock Ground Squadrons, ground troops who use planes less often.

And the Chodus Air Force, leader will be thechodusbrother and he will mostly use planes except when you cant use them like the expedition to the END.
