Army Patrols

Leading a patrol will get you extra money and you must kill all mobs on sight. Monster spawners must be reported to me ASAP. You will be paid a lot of money. When you go on a patrol you MUST put who is on patrol and who is the leader if it is in a group. You must put it on the patrol board. Endermen pearls will be a prized object even thought it doesn't do anything. It is proof you killed a Endermen and you shall receive a reward.
