Lieutenants and above are allowed assisting soldiers to help them while in the army. You are only allowed 1 assisting soldier to help them. Once that soldier reaches Lieutenant rank then the he/she will not be a assigned to your superior anymore.
SUPERIORS RULES
You may not abuse your assistant, (killing, stealing, annoying)
You must pay your assistant 50 crits every weekend.
You can order your assistant to do various duties. DO NOT ABUSE THIS.
You must help your assistant when he/she is in need.
You are able to promote your assistant.
ASSISTANT RULES
You may not abuse your superior, (killing, stealing, annoying)
You must follow your superior's orders.
You cannot ask for blocks or items.
You must help your superior when he/she is in need.
You can remind your superior if he/she has forgotten to pay you.
