Am I the only one?

Seriously, no joke, I am not the least bit excited for the 1.8 update. I mean, the stuff in it is ok, but I'm not looking forward to it. Everywhere everyone is talking bout it, but in my opinion, it just doesn't look as good as previous updates, even though it's the biggest one so far...

yeh after i tried the prerelease im like... meh
the only reason im happy wen it comes out is coz i get to make the permenant world again and start advertising the server again, thus getting more ppl on!

But won't there be like NPC villages and stuff randomly generated??? thats fucking BOSS man!!! Im defo lookin forward to 1.8

notch quoted that he will be splitting 1.8 into 1.8 and 1.9 simply because it is getting wayy too big. 1.9 will have the NPC's and villages.

Only thing that got me really excited was the strongholds and ravines

Well Im really looking forward to it........This update is going to make single player a bit less lonely. Also, it make you want to explore more, because lets face it.....exploring can be a bit boring at the best of times. Its like all you see is Mountain, tree, sheep, tree, another mountain, more sheep, water, sheep.........know what I mean?

Speaking of 1.8....its the 12th already, WHERES MY MINECRAFT AT!!!!
